  • The Wheel of Life Balance

    The Wheel of Life Balance is a tool to assess and improve your lifeโ€™s harmony. Hereโ€™s how to use it:

    1. Rate Each Area and Analyze the Wheel
      On a scale from 1 (very unsatisfied) to 10 (very satisfied), rate your current satisfaction level in each area. Mark it on the wheel from the center outward.
      Look at the shape. A balanced wheel is smooth and closer to 10. Uneven areas show where your life needs attention or improvement.
    2. Set Goals for Improvement
      Focus on low-scoring areas and ask: Why is this score low? What specific actions can improve it? What would a score of 10 look like?
      Write down achievable steps for improvement.
    3. Track Progress
      Revisit your wheel every 3โ€“6 months to evaluate progress, adjust your goals, and celebrate achievements.
